They shipped out a bracelet when I realized I should have ordered a smaller size. I called to let them know and they were happy to give me an exchange - no problem. They sent me a prepaid RMA and I am looking forward to receiving the replacement. I am 100% satisfied and will continue buy from them when the need arises. I would highly recommend them.
